Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority Act, 2010 (Act No. 12 of 2010)- An Act to make provisions for the establishment of an Authority for the supervision of the business of insurance industry, protection of the interest of policy-holders and beneficiaries under the policy and systematic development and control of insurance industry.

Whereas it is expedient and necessary to make provisions for the establishment of an Authority for the supervision of the business of insurance industry, protection of the interest of policy-holders and beneficiaries under the policy and systematic development and control of insurance industry.
