Nitol Insurance Approved 10pc Cash Dividend

INSURANCEDAILY.NET, Nitol Insurance Company Limited, a private non-life Insurer has approved a 10 percent cash dividend for the year 2020. It is approved for the shareholders in the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on 20 June 2021 in virtual. The insurer said the information in a press release.

A K M Monirul Hoque, Chairman of the company and Vice President of Bangladesh Insurance Association presided over the meeting. The meeting was held peacefully with the participation of a large number of shareholders. The shareholders expressed their satisfaction with the announcement of a 10 percent cash dividend for investors in 2020 in the present situation of the share market.

Vice Chairman Zubaer Humayn Khondokar, Director Naima Hoque, Mahmudul Hoque Shamim, Md. Murad hossen Ripon, Individual Director Md. Abdur Aziz FCMA and Dr. Ranjon Kumar Mitro FCMA, CEO S M Mahbubul Karim, CFO Md. Altaf Hossein and the Head of Internal Audit and Compliance of the company were present in the meeting and Company Secretary addressed it.
