Meghna life announce 30pc dividend

INSURANCEDAILY.NET, Meghna Life Insurance company has announced a 30 percent dividend to the shareholders for the year 2020.
In this dividend, the insurer will give 15 percent cash and the rest bonus share.
According to the source of the insurer, the decision has been taken in a meeting of the board of directors that was held on 15 September 2021.
For taking approval of the decision of the directors of the company regarding dividend, the date of Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been finalized on 27 October 2021 at 11 am.
In this regard, the record date has been finalized on 6 October 2021.
